*FREE SHIPPING - orders must total $55 CAD (approx $42 USD) or more after all sales, promos, discounts & coupons have been applied. Currency can be changed using the currency selector in the main menu.


How much is shipping?

Canada & USA -- Shipping is FREE on orders totalling $55 CAD (approx $42 USD) or more! Shipping will automatically be adjusted once your cart contents reach the qualifying threshold in your currency. No coupon code needed.

Orders under that amount will ship for a FLAT RATE starting at only $8 and increases depending on wether you choose tracking or not. Shipping options can be viewed upon checkout.

International -- I am not shipping outside Canada & USA at this time.

YES, you may COMBINE another SALE or COUPON with the FREE SHIPPING offer, however please note the minimum order amount of $55 must be reached AFTER any other discount has been applied.


Will my package be tracked and do you guarantee delivery?

Upon checkout you will have the option to choose a "tracked" or "non tracked" shipping method. If you choose tracking, you will get a tracking number in your order shipping confirmation email, and it will be posted to your order history page. 

If you choose one of the "non-tracked" shipping options, these services are provided by Canada Post Letter Mail/Parcel Mail (depending on location). As stated it does NOT include tracking, however they do still qualify for my "Delivery Guarantee"! How cool is that? I'm happy to save you some money AND still guarantee that you get your order!

Free Shipping + Tracking: Orders from Canada that qualify for the Free Shipping option are shipped with complimentary tracking. You will get a tracking number in your order shipping confirmation email and it will be posted to your order history page. Orders from USA that qualify for the Free Shipping option may not have tracking included, so you will not see a tracking number on your shipping confirmation or your order history (however your package will still qualify for my Delivery Guarantee). If you are in the USA and qualified for the free shipping option, and you absolutely need tracking for your order, please contact me within 24 hours after placing your order to request tracking at an additional cost of $8.

Delivery Guarantee:
Wether your package has tracking or not, I guarantee delivery regardless, as long as you have provided me with a CORRECT mailing address during the checkout process. I will ALWAYS ship to the "ship to" address provided on the receipt. Please make sure this address is correct. If it is not correct you must contact me within 24 hours of placing your order so I can make adjustments. 

I will NOT be responsible for packages shipped to an address that you have provided to me, that is incorrect.

 

When will you ship my order and how long will it take to arrive?

All orders ship out within 5 business days to allow time for hand-crafting each item. There are rare instances when it may take a bit longer (I am a mom and wife first, and we all know how last minute emergencies can crop up when you have a family) but I promise to have all orders dispatched in a timely manner.

Please NOTE: I cannot declare a package as "lost" or offer refund/replacement until at least 15 business days have passed. So please allow at least that amount of time to pass before contacting me.

 

It's been "x" days and my package has not arrived yet, can you help?

I ask that you allow up to 15 business days for packages to arrive before declaring it "missing". There are times when delays can occur beyond my control (customs, misrouted, weather, holidays, COVID) and sometimes they just need a little extra time to find their way to you.

I do guarantee delivery of ALL my packages but, I feel it's only fair to allow them sufficient time to arrive as I do not require you to purchase tracking like most shops do.

Why does my package say "1 of 2" or "1 of 3" etc? And why aren't all my items in one package?

For those that may choose the lower flat rate of "non tracked" shipping, I have to sometimes absorb the cost of the shipping myself out of pocket, depending how big the order is. This means that I will ship your items in the most economical way possible.

This sometimes requires me to package the items in separate packages and send out 2 or more packages per order depending on how many items have been purchased. Most will arrive together on the same day but it is not unusual for there to be a delay or two between packages. So please be patient and give a little bit of time of the accompanying packages to arrive. 

Please know that I still GUARANTEE delivery of your entire order, regardless if it is sent in one package or more.
