*FREE SHIPPING - orders must total $55 or more after all sales, promos, discounts, coupons and Q&L Coins* have been applied.
*Redemption of Q&L Coins cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, offer or discount. The redemption code you receive for your coins is treated as a "cash off" coupon code and only one coupon code or sale can be applied per order. Also note that some products are not coupon elligible (ie: Collaborations, Fundraisers, TOTM, Quinn’s Corner & Lane’s Preloved Pages) - this may not be a complete list and is subject to change. Q&L Coins are only rewarded for orders where you have signed into your customer account prior to checkout and cannot be credited to your account if you have not yet signed up for the program or have forgotten to sign in upon checkout.
Why is my coupon code not valid on some items? Codes are valid only on coupon eligible items (this excludes the following: already discounted and specialty items such as Clearance, TOTM, Collaborations, Fund Raisers, Quinn’s Corner, & Lane’s Preloved Pages). You may still however save on combined shipping by combining coupon eligible and non-coupon eligible items in the same order and the code knows to apply itself to the eligible items only.
How much is shipping?
Canada & USA -- Shipping is FREE on orders totalling $55 or more! Shipping will automatically be adjusted once your cart contents reach the qualifying threshold in your currency. No coupon code needed.
Orders under that amount will ship for a FLAT RATE starting at only $8 and increases depending on whether you choose tracking or not (which is optional).NEW (Canada Only) - A new discounted rate of only $4 is available if purchasing 2 items or less. Please feel free to take advantage of this discounted rate as often as you like! Exceptions: discounted $4 rate is not valid for select Teething Rings or Duo's because they are too bulky to ship at a discounted rate.
International -- I am not shipping outside Canada & USA at this time.
YES, you may COMBINE another SALE or COUPON with the FREE SHIPPING offer, however please note the minimum order amount of $55 must be reached AFTER any other discount has been applied.
Will my package be tracked and do you guarantee delivery?
Upon checkout you will have the option to choose a "tracked" or "non tracked" shipping method. If you choose tracking, you will get a tracking number in your order shipping confirmation email, and it will be posted to your order history page.
If you choose one of the "non-tracked" shipping options, these services are provided by Canada Post Letter Mail/Parcel Mail (depending on location). As stated it does NOT include tracking, however they do still qualify for my "Delivery Guarantee"! How cool is that? I'm happy to save you some money AND still guarantee that you get your order!
Free Shipping + Tracking: Orders that qualify for the Free Shipping option are shipped via Canada Post untracked mail (but always include my delivery guarantee). You will however still have the opportunity to upgrade to Expedited Parcel with tracking and faster delivery for a fee.
Wether your package has tracking or not, I guarantee delivery regardless, as long as you have provided me with a CORRECT mailing address during the checkout process. I will ALWAYS ship to the "ship to" address provided on the receipt. Please make sure this address is correct. If it is not correct you must contact me within 24 hours of placing your order so I can make adjustments.
I will NOT be responsible for packages shipped to an address that you have provided to me, that is incorrect.
When will you ship my order and how long will it take to arrive?
All orders ship out within 3 business days to allow time for hand-crafting each item. There are rare instances when it may take a bit longer (I am a mom and wife first, and we all know how last minute emergencies can crop up when you have a family) but I promise to have all orders dispatched in a timely manner.

If you chose to pay extra for Expedited shipping (with tracking) it typically arrives 1-2 days sooner than the estimates above.
Please NOTE: I cannot declare a package as "lost" or offer refund/replacement until at least 15 business days have passed. So please allow at least that amount of time to pass before contacting me.
It's been "x" days and my package has not arrived yet, can you help?
I ask that you allow up to 15 business days for packages to arrive before declaring it "missing". There are times when delays can occur beyond my control (customs, misrouted, weather, holidays, COVID) and sometimes they just need a little extra time to find their way to you.

I do guarantee delivery of ALL my packages but, I feel it's only fair to allow them sufficient time to arrive as I do not require you to purchase tracking like most shops do.
Why does my package say "1 of 2" or "2 of 2" etc? And why aren't all my items in one package?
For those that choose the lower flat rate or free (non tracked) shipping, I have to sometimes absorb extra shipping costs myself out of pocket, depending how big the order is. This means that I will ship your items in the most economical way possible.
This sometimes requires me to package the items in separate packages and send out 2 or more packages per order depending on how many items have been purchased. Most will arrive together on the same day but it is not unusual for there to be a delay of a day or two between packages. So please be patient and give a little bit of extra time for the accompanying packages to arrive.
Please know that I still GUARANTEE delivery of your entire order, regardless if it is sent in one package or more.
